Abstract

ITALIANO: Il lavoro consiste nell’edizione critica di due documenti vescovili e di un documento pontificio fino ad ora inediti, conservati nell’Archivio Diocesano di Taranto. Gli scritti riguardano la definizione del numero dei canonici destinati a far parte del capitolo della chiesa tarantina. Il documento pontificio, emesso dalla cancelleria di Clemente VI, rientra nella categoria delle litterae. I documenti vescovili, pur essendo vergati da un notaio pubblico, presentano molte caratteristiche che comunemente sono proprie della documentazione di cancelleria. Tanto da far ritenere fortemente plausibile l’influenza di modelli documentari di alto livello sul redattore delle chartae. The work consists of the critical edition of two episcopal documents and a papal document up to now unpublished, preserved in the Diocesan Archive of Taranto. The writings concern the definition of the number of canons destined to be part of the chapter of the Tarantine church. The pontifical document, issued by the chancery of Clement VI, falls into the category of litterae. The episcopal documents, despite being written by a public notary, have many features that are commonly found in the stationery documentation. So much so that the influemce of high level documentary models on the chartae editor is highly plausible. / ENGLISH: The work consists of the critical edition of two episcopal documents and a papal document up to now unpublished, preserved in the Diocesan Archive of Taranto.
