Abstract
ENGLISH: This paper aims to analyze the imbreviatura of the pronouncements written by the Genoese notaries and released by the local consules of different territorial realities, in order to verify the adhesion to the documentary model offered by the pronouncements given by the Commune of Genoa, The attention is mostly focused on the formal aspects of the documentation, the documentary production being – when developped according to a model – one of the aspects of the jurisdictional control in fieri.
