Abstract
ESPAÑOL: El presente estudio investiga los mecanismos utilizados por la Iglesia medieval para crear juicios paralelos mediante la predicación y las imágenes. También se abordará el Auto de Fe pintado por el artista castellano Pedro Berruguete al final del siglo XV. / ENGLISH: This study analyses the use by Medieval Church of speech and image as an instrument of theological controversy and trial. Particular attention is paid to the Auto de Fe painted by the fifteenth century Castilian painter Pedro Berruguete.
