Abstract
[IT] Benché gli ebrei abbiano giocato un ruolo decisivo negli ambienti non ebraici dell'Italia rinascimentale, essi non furono mai accettati come membri regolari presso le varie accademie di studiosi. Ciò spiega dunque perché non figurino nomi di ebrei anche negli elenchi dei soci dell'Accademia Pontaniana di Napoli. Tuttavia, l'analisi dei Dialoghi d'amore di Leone Ebreo mostra chiaramente le strette connessioni dell'autore, di origine iberica, con i literati che gravitavano intorno a questa Accademia. Nella nota si discutono alcuni temi dell'opera di Leone, nonché vari punti della storia, alquanto complessa, della sua pubblicazione, alla luce di due recenti monografie sulla cerchia del Pontano e sulla reciproca influenza fra pensiero ebraico e non ebraico nell'Italia del Rinascimento. This is why the total absence of Jewish names in membership lists of the Accademia Pontaniana in Naples is not surprising. However, the analysis of Leone Ebreo’s Dialogues on love clearly reveals the close connections of the Iberian author with the literati that gravitated around the Accademia.
