Abstract
[IT] L'immaginario occidentale ha collocato il regno delle Amazzoni in diversi luoghi dell'Europa. L'autore ripercorre le diverse collocazioni del regno per stabilire il significato politico e l'interpretazione spesso nazionalistica data a questo mito nel corso dei secoli nell'area scandinava, in Boemia e nell'area danubiana. / [EN] The western tradition imagined the kingdom of Amazons in many places of the European continent. The authors analyzes the different locations of Amazons' kingdom and their use, often in nationalistic terms, made by different people.
