Abstract
[IT] Il documento qui esaminato, rogato dal notaio romano Ponziano de’ Ponziani, si presenta nelle sue caratteristiche formali come un’instrumentum investimenti domus, una pratica che perfezionava lo stato della proprietà di un immobile, diffusa un po’ ovunque in Italia e in modo particolare a Roma L’interesse particolare di questo atto notarile è dato dalle circostanze davvero speciali in cui fu redatto (prendere possesso di una casa abitata da ebrei appestati) e da altri aspetti attinenti alla grave congiuntura determinata dall’epidemia di peste che sconvolse Roma tra maggio 1522 e giugno 1523. / [EN] The document examined here, drawn up by the Roman notary Ponziano de 'Ponziani, is presented in its formal characteristics as an instrumentum investimenti domus, a practice that perfected the state of ownership of a property, widespread almost everywhere in Italy and in particular in Rome The particular interest of this notarial deed is given by the very special circumstances in which it was drawn up (take possession of a house inhabited by plague-stricken Jews) and by other aspects pertaining to the serious situation determined by the plague epidemic that devastated Rome between May 1522 and June 1523
