Abstract
Since the last century, the historiographic scene is returning us studies that aim to enlighten the role of the women between the late Medieval Age and the Early Modern Era. This is a consideration that includes the political education of the princesses, seen not just as a simple acquisition of knowledge, but as a real apprenticeship, functional to the government’s practise. One can insert this study in this historiographic scene, which aim is the analysis of the political education that Eleanor of Aragon (1450-1493), daughter of the King of Naples and then duchess of Ferrara, received during her young age.
